Wingårdhs’ designed Concepció by Nobis is now open for business – in the heart of Palma

The green and white, locally produced bespoke floor tiles visualize the core of Wingårdhs’ and Nobis’ collaborations. With equal amounts guts and respect, historic buildings are salvaged and given a new life. This time, a former soap factory has been turned into a hotel, right where the Old Town of Palma meets vibrant Santa Catalina – and it does not look like anything else.

In the continued collaboration between Wingårdhs and Nobis Hospitality Group, an old soap factory is given new life as a hotel. Located where the traditional Old Town meets vibrant Santa Catalina, a 16th century building has taken the step into the present.
